The only tool needed is a Phillips head screwdriver adequately sized to provide enough torque to get the screws tight enough to ensure your table is sturdy. This table is so versatile. Natural Variation include: *Wood Knots (Round, dark spots in the wood.) *Natural Wood Grain Color Variation (No item has the same grain color, finish, or wood knots due to natural factors.) Width/Depth may be slightly narrower after running boards through planer and finishing. *Open Knots (Partially or Completely.) *Saw Marks that we lightly sand but do not sand out to give the wood a rustic repurposed look. If you need this to sit flush against a wall you must message us as we will need to take in consideration the dimensions of your baseboard and shoe moulding provided by you. This design gives it a slim appearance. Due to the tall, slim design (which does not have aprons or lateral bracing) associated with sofa tables, it is not as solid as a kitchen table. That does not affect the durability, sturdiness or amount of weight it can hold. You can safely put decor or drinks on it with no problem. It is very important to follow the instructions provided to ensure you get the proper fit. If the legs are not secured as instructed, then your table will not function as designed. It is very important to use an adequate Phillips head screw driver because you will not get the required tightness from a dainty screw driver. We test and video each table before it is stained and boxed to ensure quality. If needed, we can provide the video of your table to show it is level and sturdy when moved from side to side and to show how it should function when properly assembled. This gives you the ability to select a different style leg, such as metal. If you purchase legs separately we highly recommend purchasing self leveling legs in order to guarantee that the table will be completely level on your floors. ————Returns/Exchanges—————- Please order responsibly. When we are notified of your order, it is an immediate investment for our shop. Once your item has been delivered, you have 7 days to contact us for a return and provide a tracking number. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Once the item has arrived back to our shop in the same condition that it was sent to you, a refund will be issued. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued for custom orders.

As with any furniture, if you have small children that will pull on the table, I suggest using brackets to mount it to the wall. The narrow design will allow for it to fall over if children are pulling on the table. If you would like to request wall mount brackets, please reach out to us and we will provide them to you. The brackets must be installed by buyer. Please color test for stain transfer if placed against an object. In rare instances, stain transfer has occurred due to constant rubbing.
