Natural Variation include: *Open or Closed Wood Knots (Round, dark spots in the wood.) *Natural Wood Grain Color Variation (No item has the same grain color, finish, or wood knots due to natural factors.) Width/Depth may be slightly narrower after running boards through planer and finishing. *Saw Marks that we lightly smooth but do not sand out to give the wood a rustic repurposed look. ( You can request no saw marks) NOTE: Due to variations in wood grain, texture and pattern, the color may be slightly different than the samples shown in the photos. We make every effort to match the listing samples, but each wood piece is unique and may absorb the stain differently. **** The table in the first picture is finished in the Espresso stain. Unless you select another stain at checkout by adding a note to seller, the table will be finished using the Espresso stain.

It is very important to follow the instructions provided to ensure you get the proper fit. If the legs are not secured as instructed, then your table will not function as designed. It is very important to use an adequate Phillips head screw driver because you will not get the required tightness from a dainty screw driver. We test and video each table before it is stained and boxed to ensure quality. If needed, we can provide the video of your table to show it is level and sturdy when moved from side to side and to show how it should function when properly assembled.

Returns/Exchanges: Please order responsibly. When we are notified of your order, it is an immediate investment for our shop. Once your item has been delivered, you have 7 days to contact us for a return and provide a tracking number. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Once the item has arrived back to our shop in the same condition that it was sent to you, a refund will be issued. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued for custom orders.

As with any furniture, if you have small children that will pull on the table, I suggest using brackets to mount it to the wall. The narrow design will allow for it to fall over if children are pulling on the table. If you would like to request wall mount brackets, please reach out to us and we will provide them to you. The brackets must be installed by buyer. Please color test for stain transfer if placed against an object. In rare instances, stain transfer has occurred due to constant rubbing.
